UEFA REFEREES
In collaboration with UEFA, Adam was commissioned to document the lives of elite referees both on and off the pitch. The project spanned UEFA Champions League matches, with exclusive behind-the-scenes access to capture the intensity, pressure, and precision required at the highest level of officiating.
This culminated in UEFA’s Referee Convention in Cyprus, where Adam captured their workshops, physical training, psychological coaching, and peer-led discussions, revealing the discipline, scrutiny, and resilience needed to perform in one of the most demanding roles in modern sport.
