UEFA | Women's Football Portraits

Travelling across Europe, from Manchester and London to Barcelona and Lyon, I had the opportunity to film four of women's football's leading players: Bunny Shaw, Mariona Caldentey, Ewa Pajor and Wendie Renard, for a UEFA promotional film.

For the shoot, I created a black box studio environment, projecting archive footage onto a large screen behind the players. This allowed us to bring moments from their careers into the interviews, creating a visual connection between their past and present.

Once filming was complete, I took the opportunity to capture a series of still portraits.
