Shipping & Returns Policy

Thank you for purchasing from adamdocker.art. This policy explains how we handle shipping, delivery, returns, and refunds.

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Limited edition prints may take longer due to production and quality checks.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • UK Orders: Delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

  • Europe Orders: Delivered within 7–14 business days after dispatch.

  • International Orders (Rest of World): Delivery may take 10–21 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays caused by postal services, customs, or unforeseen events are outside our control.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination.

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees.

4. Packaging

  • Prints are carefully rolled, protected with archival materials, and shipped in sturdy tubes to prevent damage.

  • Books and smaller items are securely packaged to ensure safe delivery.

5. Order Tracking

  • Where available, a tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

  • Some international destinations may not support full tracking.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please email info@adamdocker.art within 14 days of delivery, including photographs of the item and packaging.

  • Once approved, you may receive a replacement or refund (at our discretion).

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days.

  • We cannot accept returns for items that are unwanted, incorrectly ordered, or change-of-mind purchases.

7. Lost Orders

  • If your order is lost in transit, we will investigate with the courier.

  • A replacement or refund will be arranged once the courier confirms the package cannot be delivered.
